Destination Wedding at Son Sampol, Mallorca | Full 35mm Film

I had the pleasure of attending Amy and Alex’s wedding as a guest film photographer, capturing the day entirely on 35mm alongside lead photographer Iker Larburu. Shooting full film across multiple cameras – using a mix of Portra 400, Portra 800, Ultramax 400, and Ilford HP5 B&W – allowed me to document the celebration through an intimate analog lens, capturing the shifting Mediterranean light with raw texture, rich color, and authentic grain from morning prep to the evening party.

Held at Son Sampol, a rustic finca in the countryside of Mallorca, the day started under unpredictable skies. Amy and Alex embraced every local ritual to turn the weather around and were rewarded with bright sunshine just in time for their outdoor ceremony, before moving into an intimate marquee dinner and a lively night of celebration.
